    Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) is a pioneering method that combines the most effective principles of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). RTT® integrates recognized therapeutic modalities guided by neuroscience principles such as neuroplasticity.

    Neuroplasticity refers to the brain’s natural ability to form new neural connections — a principle supported by neuroscience. RTT supports clients in creating new cognitive and emotional responses over time.

    While traditional therapies often focus on the symptom (talking about the anxiety), RTT uses this unique hybrid approach to access the Subconscious Mind directly.

    Why we use it:

    2 | THE SUBCONSCIOUS ACCESS | Deep relaxation, total control. I guide you into a state of deep focus (Alpha/Theta state). You are not asleep; you are fully aware and in control. The "Conscious Guard Dog" simply steps aside, giving us safe access to the root cause.

    3 | THE DISCOVERY | Observing the glitch. We travel back to the moments where your current beliefs were formed. You don’t "relive" trauma; you review it like a detective. We find the exact moment you attached a limiting meaning to an event—the "glitch" in your code.

    4 | THE REWIRE | Installing the upgrade. Once the root is exposed, we dismantle it. We use powerful tools to interrupt the old signal and "install" a new, high-performance operating system. You leave the session feeling lighter, clearer, and free.

    5 | THE LOCK-IN | Your 21-Day Neural Blueprint. Immediately after the session, I craft a bespoke audio recording just for you. This isn't homework; it's biology. By listening for 21 days, you physically build the new neural pathways until they become your automatic reality.

  • No. You remain aware and in control throughout the session. The relaxed state used in RTT is similar to the feeling just before sleep — calm, focused, and highly receptive — but you can speak, move, and stop at any time. You don’t lose control; you gain it. You are currently out of control because your subconscious is running the show. In a session, you are not asleep. You are in a state of hyper-focus (Alpha/Theta state). You remain fully aware, but the "critical chatter" is silenced so we can access the command center. You cannot be made to do anything you don’t want to do. RTT® embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce a transformative effect on clients. However, the RTT® method goes beyond traditional hypnotherapy by diagnosing what works best with clients to build a new, highly effective therapeutic approach.

  • Every individual is different. Many clients experience meaningful shifts within 1–3 focused sessions, while others may choose additional sessions depending on the depth and complexity of the issue.

    RTT is designed to work efficiently, but the pace of change is always guided by your personal needs and readiness.

    The medical model is built on "management" (forever). The engineering model is built on "repair" (finished). Once the root cause is identified and rewired, the loop is broken. You don't need to keep fixing what is no longer broken.

    Through hypnosis, the therapist gains access to the subconscious mind and then, using suggestion and convincers, the therapist aims to make long-lasting change. Typically, this can take between 6-10 sessions.

    RTT® is different from standard hypnotherapy because it uses hypnosis to find the root cause of the client’s issue. Once clients understand how and when negative beliefs and behaviors were formed, they feel empowered to make real change. This awareness and knowledge means that change can happen more quickly than with standard hypnotherapy, as the client does not need convincing that change is possible – they know it. It’s the ultimate empowering experience.

    Mind Makeover is not a replacement for medical or psychiatric care. We do not diagnose medical conditions, nor do we work with acute psychiatric cases involving psychosis, hallucinations, or Dissociative Identity Disorder.

    However, we believe in a unified team approach. Upon your request, we are happy to collaborate directly with your primary care physician or specialist to ensure your mental strategy supports your physical recovery.
